It is one thing to shoot off the number (221) of local historic districts in Massachusetts.     It is quite another to actually see who has local historic districts.   I have posted all the cities as of the latest statistical listing.   Newburyport was not even included so I arbitrarily added it and I wonder if some other communities who have recently acquired them are missing too:
